Chicken – 100 gm
Oil – 1 Tsp
Chicken Tikka Boti Masala – 1 Tsp’
Lemon – 1/2
Chopped Shimla Mirch – 1
Chopped Onion – 2 Tbsp
Chopped Tomatoes – 2 Tbsp
Sweet Corn – 2 Tbsp
Chinese Chilli Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Vinegar – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Iodized Salt – 2 Pinch
Chopped Green Coriander – 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 Tsp
Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Tsp
Salsa Chicken Beans
Yogurt
Chat Masala

How to make Tikka Rice Bowl
METHOD:
In a bowl – add chicken, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp Tikka Boti Masala, squeezed lemon and 1 chopped Shimla Mirch.
Mix well.
In a bowl – add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1 tbsp Chinese Chilli Sauce, 1 tbsp Vinegar, 1/4 tbsp Cumin Powder, 2 pinches of Iodized Salt, 1 tsp chopped green coriander, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp chopped green chili.
Mix well.
Grill vegetables and chicken for 2 minutes.
In a bowl – add salsa chicken beans, yogurt on boiled rice, chicken and vegetables.
