Karahi main tail garam kar kay payaz ko naram hony tak pakain.
Is main haldi , lal mirch , narial , alaichi aur dar cheeni mila kar 2 mint pakain.
Phr tamatar , loki, dal , pani , tez patay aur nemak mila kr pakain.
10 mint kay baad is main hara dhanya aur hari mirchain mila kr dish main nikal lain.
Frying pan mian ghee garam kar kay rai dana , kalonji , kari paty , lal mirchain,lehson aur zeera dal kr bhoonain aur is bighar ko daal per dal kar pesh krain
تڑکے والی چنے کی دال
چنے کی دال(ابلی ہوئی) 250 گرام
لوکی(چوکور کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
پیاز( باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
دار چینی ۔۔ تین ٹکڑے
چھوٹی الائچی ۔۔ آٹھ عدد
سوکھی، گول لال مرچ ۔۔ پانچ عدد
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی ہلدی ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
تیج پتے ۔۔ دو عدد
پسا ہوا ناریل چار کھانے کے چمچے
ٹماٹر(ابلےاور چوپ کئے ہوئے) تین عدد
ہرا دھنیا( چوپ کیا ہوا) دو کھانے کے چمچے
ہری مرچیں(چوپ کی ہوئی) چار عدد
کلونجی،رائی دانے ۔۔ آدھا، آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
ثابت سفید زیرہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کڑھی پتے ۔۔ دس عدد
لہسن(باریک کٹے ہوئے) ۔۔ چار عدد
پانی ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
گھی ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچے
کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز کو نرم ہونے تک پکائیں۔ اس میں ہلدی، لال مرچ، ناریل الائچی اور دار چینی ملا کر دو منٹ پکائیں۔ پھر ٹماٹر، لوکی، دال، پانی، تیج پتے اور نمک ملا کر پکائیں۔ دس منٹ کے بعد اس میں ہرا دھنیا اور ہری مرچیں ملا کر ڈش میں نکال لیں۔ فرائنگ پین میں گھی گرم کر کے رائی دانہ، کلونجی، کڑھی پتے لال مرچیں، لہسن اور زیرہ ڈال کر بھونیں اور اس بگھار کو دال پر ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
