Ingredients

1kg bonless Chicken
4 cups basmati r Ice
8 small cardamons
6 knorr Chicken cubes
10 big Green chillies
1 tsp tumeric
quarter cup Oil

How to make spicy chicken rice

METHOD:

boil chicken till cooked drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pot add small cardomens and cook on med heat till they swell and u can smell the cardomen.
Add the tumeric and fry for a few seconds, add knorr chicken cubes and fry stirring till the cubes dissolve.
Add the chicken and fry for ten minutes.
Chop up the big green chillies and add to the chicken and cook on low heat for 15 mintues.
Boil your rice, salt seperatly in another pot till half cooked drain well and mix evenly with the chicken and spices, put on dum and serve with fried chicken or chicken tikka or boti masala and green salad.
