آج لذیز شیر خورمہ ٹرائی کریں ایک نیا ذائقہ ایک نیا طریقہ جو کھانے میں اتنی مزیدار کہ دل نہ بھرے۔ تو بنائیے شیر خورمہ ہماری ریسیپی سے اور خوشیاں بڑھائیں۔

ترکیب:

٭ دودھ کو اچھی طرح پکائیں کہ ملائی بھی آجائے اوپر اور دودھ بھی تیز گرم ہوجائے۔

٭ ایک پتیلی میں پانی ڈالیں تیز گرم ہونے پر اس میں سویاں ڈال کر پکائیں تاکہ یہ ابل جائیں۔

٭ اب دوسری پتیلی میں آئل یا گھی ڈال کر گرم کریں اور اس میں چینی، کٹے ہوئے پستے، بادام، الائچی، پسا ہوا کھوپرا اورایک چٹکی زردے کا رنگ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔

٭ پھر اس میں سویاں اور دودھ ڈال کر سات منٹ تک پکائیں اور ساتھ ہی اس میں پاؤڈر والا دودھ ڈال دیں تاکہ گاڑھا ہوجائے۔

٭ اس طرح سے آپ کا شیر خورمہ اتنا لذیز بنے گا کہ کھانے والے آپ کو عیدی بھی دے جائیں گے۔
