wow it is nice kabab. I like this kabab and always eat whenever it is available anywhere. Often in parties and wedding gatherings, seekh kababs are offered and I eat nothing but these kababs. Now If I got a chance to make them myself, I would benefit with them.
recently I ate a new type of kabab which is known as chandan kabab. It is made with chicken and beef mince, both mincemeat are mixed with spices and then kababs are formed. It also contains coal smoke flavor which makes it a great, in fact the best kabab I have eaten so far.
this seekh kabab recipe makes some sense. Before getting this recipe, I tried some recipes from other websites in which there was some ingredients problem. Thats why I was wondering what happened to its taste. I compared both prior recipes with this one and realized the true ratio of some ingredients in this one recipe.
We would be traveling to Bahawalpur to my cousin's wedding. Other guests would come later therefore we would have lot of time to cook foods and i will make seekh kabab and some selected beef & mutton recipes as well.
seekh kabab is my favorite recipe , whenever i go to a party , i choose it as my first item to eat. However I haven't yet learned to make it myself and now I am seriously considering to learn it and enjoy whenever I want it.
