سبز مٹر ایک کھانے کا چمچ
کھنبیں دو یا تین عدد
گھی کھانے کے چار چمچ
چاول ابلے ہوئے تقریباً تین کپ
سویا سوس کھانے کا ایک چمچ
مکھن ایک کھانے کا چمچ
یخنی کھانے کے دو چمچ
کترے ہوئے پیاز کھانے کے دو چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک دیگچی میں مٹر، کھنبیں، یخنی سویا سوس اورمکھن ڈال کر مناسب آگ پر رکھیں۔ انڈوں کو ایک پیالے میں ڈال کر اس میں آدھا نمک ڈال دیں اور تقریباًدس منٹ تک پھینٹیں۔ دوسری بڑی دیگچی میں گھی گرم کر یں۔ جب اچھی طرح گرم ہو جائے تو اس میں پیاز ڈال کر بھونیں اور پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے اس میں ڈال دیں اور انڈوں کو دیگچی میں پوری سطح پر پھیلا دیں۔ آنچ دھیمی کر دیں اور اس میں چاول شامل کر دیں۔ بقایا نمک ان پر چھڑک دیں اور اسے بھونتے جائیں، ہرے مٹر اور کھنبیں وغیرہ اس میں ملا دیں۔ اور مسلسل ہلاتے رہیں۔ یہاں تک کہ چاول تیز گرم ہوجائیں۔ خیال رہے کہ بھوننے کے دوران چاول نہ ٹوٹیں ۔ گرم گرم پیش کر یں۔
