1 mouli (white radish), weighing about 250 g (8 oz)
salt
1 bunch radishes, trimmed and quartered
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
radish leaves, to garnish
SESAME VINAIGRETTE:
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
METHOD:
Grate mouli (white radish) or cut into matchstick strips, place on absorbent kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt. Leave for 30 minutes. Squeeze out any excess moisture, then put mouli (white radish) into a bowl and mix with radishes.
To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or screw-top jar, then stir into the salad. Spoon salad into a serving dish and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and garnished with radish leaves.
