• Pineapple chopped2 slices

• Castor sugar (caster sugar)2 cups

• Salta pinch
• Vanilla essence few drops
• Refined flour (maida) 2 cups
• Baking powder1 teaspoon
• Milk50 milliliters
How to make Pineapple Muffins
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Chop pineapple slices roughly. Place margarine in a bowl, add sugar and blend with a hand blender till well blended. Break eggs one by one and continue to blend after each addition. Add salt and vanilla essence.
2. Sift refined flour and baking powder into the bowl and keep blending. Add milk and mix with a spoon. Add pineapple and a little water and mix well.
3. Half fill muffin moulds with the batter. Place them in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
