پائن ایپل رِنگ ۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4-5 سلائس
مایونیز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ
پسی کالی مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1/4چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

پہلے بیف انڈر کٹ کے پتلے سلائس کاٹ کر گرم پانی میںا’بال لیں ۔جب بیف اچھی طرح ا’بل جائے تو اسے نکال کر چھلنی میں رکھ دیں ،تا کہ اچی طرح خشک ہوجائے۔اب پیاز ، ٹماٹر کو الگ الگ باریک کاٹ لیں ۔ساتھ ہی پائن ایپل کو چھوٹے کیوبز میں کاٹ لیں ۔پھر تمام اجزاءایک پیالے میں مکس کریں ۔اور پھر اس میں سلائس کیا ہوا بیف شامل کردیں ۔اب اس میں کالی مرچ ، لیموں کا رس اور مایونیز ڈال کر بہت اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔آخر میں اسے پلیٹر میں درمیان رکھیں اور سلاد کے پتے سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
