Ingredients
Palak 2 Kg cut boiled n grind
1butter 200 grms
1 packet of fresh cream
salt as taste
black pepper as taste
cottage cheez 3 packet
1large chopped onion....1 large chopped tomato
2 tablespoon mix ginger garlic paste.....
How to make Palak Paneer

METHOD:

1. 1st cut palak boil n grind 2nd cut cottage cheeze in small square pieces n fry all.
2. Now put butter in pan let it melt now put chopped onion in pan after 3 mins put ginger garlic paste fry these thing add chopped tomato mix it for 2 mins add salt n black pepper in it cook these things for 5 mins.
3. Now put palak in pan fry palak for 10 to 15 mins now put fresh cream in palak cook for 2 mins.
4. Before serving put fried cottage cheeze and serve wid boiled rice or nan.
