Ingredients

3-4 pounds Beef brisket
2 cups Beef stock
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbs. Sugar
1 tbs. onion powder
1 tbs. Garlic powder
2 tbs. chili powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
2-3 cups Water

How to make Oven roasted beef

METHOD:

1. Preheat the oven at 325 ºF.
2. In a bowl, combine mustard, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder.
3. Place the beef in a baking dish. Add the bowl mix, salt and pepper.
4. Cook for 1 hour.
5. Add beef stock and water. (1/2 inch of liquid in the baking dish)
6. Cook for 3 hours.
