اجزاء:
چھوٹی والی بھنڈی۔۔1/2 کلو
گائےکا گوشت(چھوٹے چوکور ٹکڑے)۔۔1/2 کلو
پسے ہوئے ٹماٹر۔۔۔2 کھانے جے چمچے
ٹماٹر(چوپ کئے ہوئے)۔۔ایک پیالی
لہسن(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی مرچ۔۔۔۔1/2 چائےکا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
پانی۔۔۔۔ایک پیالی
نمک۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
تیل۔۔۔۔1/2 پیالی\

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں تیل گرم کر کے لہسن اور گوشت کو بھونیں۔ اس میں بھڈی اور لیموں کے رس کے علاوہ باقی تمام اجزاء ڈال کر گوشت گلنے تک پکائیں، پھر بھنڈی شامل کر کے دم پر رکھ دیں۔ اس میں لیموں ملائیں اور پیش کریں۔
