Ingredients
1 lb. Okra
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 lb. Uncooked Lamb, Minced 8 oz. Onions
2 Green Chillies
Oil for Frying
Salt to Taste
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
How to make Minced Lamb with Okra (Kheema Bhindi Bhujia)

METHOD:

Wash and top and tail okra.
Add the turmeric powder and meat to the okra; mix and set aside.
Slice onions and finely mince the chillies.
Fry the onions in a little oil until slightly brown.
Add chillies, salt and meat mixture.
Fry until golden brown.
Lower the heat and cook until the meat is tender.
Roast the cumin seeds, crush and sprinkle over the meat before serving.

Note: Preparation time 10 minutes, Cooking time 45 minutes, To serve 4
