Mutton 500 grams
Small onion 1
Tomato 2
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Curd ¼ cup
Fresh cream ¼ cup
Turmeric ½ tsp
Tara garam masala 1-1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Salt 1tsp
Butter ¼ cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Green coriander 2tbsp
How to make Mutton Makhani
METHOD:
Heat oil in pan, fry 1 small onion, and add 1 tbsp ginger paste, 2tsp of garlic paste and fry till it turns golden brown.
Add 500grms of mutton and allow cooking for 5 to 6 min, adding 2 tomatoes, and 1 tbsp of green chili paste.
Add 2 cups of water and cover with lid to tenderize meat
When water dries add ¼ cup curd,1/2 tsp turmeric,1-1/2 tsp of tara garam masala,1tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp of coriander powder, and 1tsp of salt .
Now add ¼ cup of cream in mixture
Before serving add butter in mixture.
Dish out on serving dish .Delicious Mutton Makhani is ready to serve.
