1/2 Kg Chicken meat bone less cubes
to taste Salt & pepper
1 Cup Milk
pinch Saffron color
1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
1 tbsp Whole mix garam masala
6 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 nos Green pepper finely paste
1 Cup Plain Yoghurt
1/4 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 Cup Almonds finely chopped
1/4 Cup Walnuts finely chopped
1/4 Cup Melon seeds
1/2 bunch Fresh green coriander leaves finely chopped.
How to make Murgh Dillruba
METHOD:
Blend Onion & ginger into smooth paste. heat the oil in a pan, gently brown the ginger & onion paste. add the chicken meat & the yoghurt, mix them well.
Cook over medium heat, till the mixture is rather dry & the chicken is brown. grind the Almonds Walnut & melon seeds until fine.
Stir into the milk, and then add the mixture into the chicken.
Add the remaining spices.
Cook over on medium heat, until the chicken is very tender & the gravy become thick. stir in the saffron color into the milk & cook further 5 minutes.
Serve it with hot Nan’s ,chapatti.
