Ingredients

Mince 1/2 kg.
Meda 1 1/2cp.
Besan 1/2cp.
Baking pwd 1tsp.
Garlic pwd 1tsp.
White papper pwd 1tsp.
Mint leaves 1/2cp.
Worcestershire sauce 4tabsp.
Green chilli 6.
Dry parsly 1tsp.
Ajvain 1tsp.
Oil 4tabsp.
Salt to test.
Oil for frying.

How to make Mince Rings

METHOD:

1- Chop mint and green chilli.
2- Heat 1 tabsp oil in a pan add mince salt galic pwd cook untle water reduce.
3- Flame off and cool mince at room temperature.
4- In alarge bowl mix meda, besan, baking pwd than add remaining ingredients mix and kneed with cold water add mince and make a soft dough.
5- Take some rest then make balls and flate balls on palm and make a hole in the center look like donut.
6- Heat oil and fry rings until golden and crisp.
7- serve with catchup or chutnin enjoy .
