flour 300 g
butter 200 g
caster sugar 250 g
grated coconut 150 g
almonds peeled 1/2 cup
apple jam 6 tbsp
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 Tsp
eggs 8
clarified butter (desi ghee) 100 g
baking soda 2 tsp
How to make Macaroon cake
Method
Mix butter, flour, sugar, ghee, and eggs together. Combine all the ingredients and make a creamy batter out of it. Decorate with almonds. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Let it cool for a while. Brush with apple jam.
