لو بیاں کی بھنی ہوئی دال

اجزاء:
سفید لوبیاں(ابلا ہوا)۔۔250 گرام
دہی(پھینٹی ہوئی)۔۔250 گرام
پیاز(باریک کٹی ہوئی)۔۔ایک عدد
ٹماٹر چوپ کئے ہوئے۔۔۔2 عدد
ہری مرچیں(باریک کٹی ہوئی)4 عدد
لہسن ادرک(باریک کٹا ہوا)۔۔4 جوئے
پودینہ(باریک کٹا ہوا) ۔۔ایک پیالی
پسا ہوا لہسن۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔2 چائےکے چمچے
ثابت سفید زیرہ۔۔2 چائے چائےکے چمچے
پسی ہوئی ہلدی۔۔۔1/2 چائےکا چمچہ
پسا ہوا گرم مصالہ۔۔۔1/2 چائےکا چمچہ
نمک۔۔1/2 چائےکا چمچہ
تیل۔۔۔1/2+2 کھانےکے چمچے

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں تیل گرم کر کے ہری پیاز کا سفید حصہ سنہری کریں۔ اس میں گاجر، مرغی، چائنیز نمک، کالی مرچ اور نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح سے ملا لیں۔ اس میں چاول سویا ساس، وارچسٹر شائر ساس اور انڈے ملائیں۔ اس میں باقی اجزاء ڈال کر اچی طرح سے ملائیں اور دم پر رکھ دیں۔ مزیدار چاولوں کو ہری پیاز سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
