لیمن جیلی کا پیکٹ کھول کر اس میں سے آدھا نکال لیجئے۔ سادہ جیلی کے پیکٹ میں سے ایک بڑا چمچہ نکال لیجئے۔ انڈوں کو توڑ کر ان کی زردی اور سفیدی الگ الگ پیالوں میں رکھ لیجئے۔ زردی میں آدھی پیالی پانی ڈال کر خوب پھینٹئے اور اس میں دونوں جیلیاں ملا دیجئے۔ پھر آدھا کپ چینی شامل کر کے ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیے کسٹرڈ کی طرح گاڑھا ہو جائے تو نمک اور لیموں کا رس ڈال کر اتار لیجئے۔ انڈے کی سفیدی کو خوب پھینٹئے۔ پھر اس میں باقی آدھی چینی ڈال کر پھینٹئے ایک دوسرے پیالے میں کریم ڈال کر علیحدہ پھینٹ لیجئے۔ اب ایک پیالے میں پہلے کریم ڈالیے، پھر زردی والا جیلی کسٹرڈ اور پھر سفیدی ۔ تینوں چیزیں تہہ در تہہ ڈالنے کے بعد فریج میں چار گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیجئے۔ جم جائے تو نکال کر کسی پلیٹ وغیرہ میں الٹ لیجئے۔ لذیذ لیمن کریم جیلی تیار ہے۔
