Lamb korma is a sort of lamb curry, cooked in different ways, with onions, tomatoes and different other spices. The main ingredients of this korma are lamb meat, lemon juice and cream. Rest items like tomatoes, onions, garlic and ginger are common ingredients used in many kormas. Sometimes, it is also cooked with coconut milk but in Pakistan, lamb qorma is made with yogurt or simple cream. Mainly lamb korma recipes are cooked using crock pot (a slow cooker) however in this recipe, we used a frying pan to cook this food.
First in the recipe, you need to fry onions. Then add meat and all other spices for cooking it. Then add water so that meat could be tenderized. Then add cream and cashew paste and cook ladle for 2 to 3 more minutes. Your meal is ready. Serve hot with onion rings and coriander leaves.
