Ingredients

• White bOiled rIce (but use that rIce jinhein cook howay kafi dair ho gaye ho jaise fredge mein rakhay howay rIce)
• Zeera,(2,3 chutki)
Salt,(hasb-e-zarorat)
• Red chilli,(hasb-e-zarorat)
• Luhasun,(Garlic)(hasb-e-zarorat)
Oil,(hasb-e-zarorat)
Garam masala,(2, 3 chutki)

How to make Lahasun Pulao (garlic)

METHOD:

First mix the fridge rice with salt, zeera, red chilli or pher kuch oil frying pan mein dalein. Jaise daal ko tadka lagatay hein waise he lahasun (garlic) ka tadka tayaar karein. ab is mein mix kiye howay rice daal kar mix karein aur 2 or 3 min tk cook karein. khatas k liye ap end k min mein shan ka achaar daal kar cook karein. dish ready hai.
