تیل ------ تین چوتھائی کپ
ہلدی ----- ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر ----- ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچ

لہسن ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
نمک ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
زیرہ پاؤڈر ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی ------ ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
تلی پیاز ------ چار کھانے کے چمچ
دہی ------ ایک کپ
ہرا دھنیا ----- حسب ضرورت
دودھ ----- ایک کپ
پیاز ------ ایک عدد
پالک٬ میتھی٬ سویا اور ہری مرچ دھو کر پکائیں-
پھر اسے چاپر میں ڈال کر چاپرائس کرلیں-
قیمے میں پیاز٬ ادرک٬ لہسن٬ نمک٬ لال مرچ٬ گرم مصالحہ٬ پسے بھنے چنے٬ بادام اور خشخاش کا پاؤڈر ڈال کر چاپرائس کر کے بالز بنائیں-

کری کے لیے:

تیل گرم کر کے ادرک٬ لہسن٬ نمک٬ لال مرچ٬ ہلدی٬ دھنیا٬ زیرہ پاؤڈر٬ تلی پیاز٬ دہی اور گرم مصالحہ ڈالیں-
جب گریوی تیار ہوجائے تو کوفتے شامل کر کے پکائیں-
اب پالک اور آدھا کپ دودھ شامل کر کے ہلکی آنچ پر دم پر رکھیں-
ہرا دھنیا اور ہری مرچ سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں-

How to Make Palak Kofta Recipe

Palak koftay is made in two parts:
  1. Preparation of kofta meatballs
  2. Preparation of gravy

List of Ingredients for kofta:
  • Spinach
  • Fenugreek
  • Soya
  • Green Chilies
  • Mince Meat
  • Onions
  • Red Pepper Powder
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • All Spice Powder
  • Roasted Chickpeas
  • Poppy Seeds
  • Almonds

List of Ingredients for Curry:
  • Oil
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Ginger Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Cumin Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Fried Onions
  • Yogurt
  • Green Coriander
  • Milk
  • Onion

Preparation of Kofta Meatballs:

  1. Wash spinach, fenugreek, soy and green chilies and cook together and then chop in a food chopper.
  2. Then mix onions, ginger, garlic, salt, red pepper, all-spice powder, ground roasted chickpeas, almonds and poppy seeds powder with minced meat.
  3. Then chop the mince mixture with a chopper and shape the meatballs.

Preparation of Gravy:

  1. Heat oil and add ginger, garlic, salt, red pepper, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, fried onions, yogurt and all spice powder.
  2. Once gravy is ready, add meatballs and cook.
  3. Now add spinach and half cup milk and cook on low flame (dam).
  4. Palak kofta is ready to eat.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy with everyone around.
