Red chili powder 1 tbl
Haldi Powder 1/4 tbl
Dhania powder 1/2 tbl
Black paper sabot 6 adad
Zeera 1/4 tbl
Kari pata 3 adad
Sabot lal mirch 5adad
Lemon juice 2tbl
Kalonji 1/4 tbl
Salt To taste
Qeema masala 2tbl
Green paper 3 to 4
Garam masala powder 1 tbl
Oil 1/4 cup
How to make Keema Karahi Masala

METHOD:

Sab se pehlay Qeemay ko alag se boil ker len itna ke wo gal jaye or pani khushk ho jaye
Ab aik pan ( dagchi) men oil dal ker garam kren and then put sliced onion in it or us ko light brown ker len phir us men ginger garlic paste dal ker fry kren phir us men tomato dal ker achi terha bhoon len or sath hi baki masala salt chili powder crushed chili zeera sabot kali mirch haldi or dhaniya powder dal den phir is men qeema or kari pata shamil ker k 5 to 10 min tak bhoon len jab wo oil chor day to us men kalonji qeema masala garam masala lemon juice green chili sabot lal mirch dal ker 10 min ka dam de den or phir achi terha se mix ker k 2 min ke liye dam de den
Naan/ Root ya boiled rice ke sath serve karen sath men chatni wala dahi ho to kai baat hay
