Ingredients
1. Bittergourd or karela
2. Desi Ghee
3. Sugar
How to prepare karele ka halwa to heal joints pain?
1. First of all grate the outer skin of karela ( use a grater like you grate carrot to make gajar ka halwa. Remember that you have to grate only the outer part of the skin and keep the remaining pulp aside for the next part of the recipe.)
2. Add the grated outer part of karela in a utensil.
3. Now add 1 tablespoon desi ghee and 1 tablespoon sugar
4. Stir fry on low flame and roast until the ingredients mix properly and merge together.
5. Let it cool.
6. Now take the remaining pulp of karela kept aside earlier and grind it in a mixer.
7. Add the paste to a cotton cloth and extract the juice by squeezing the cloth and keep it in a bottle.
