Banane ki tarkeeb


• 1 pain main 180 gram ghee garam krain aur choolha band kr dain.
• Pher aik patily main 75 gram dahi , 1 chutki baking powder , 1 chutki cream of tartar , ½ kilo maida aur aik chutki pisi jaifal jawatri aur alaichi powder dal kr milain aur baraf ky thandy pani se naram banain.
• Ab is hathailion ki madad se daba daba kr gol pairy banain aur darmayan main anguthy se thora dabain.
• Ab aik karahi mian hasbe zarorat ghee ko neem garam kr k is main tayar ki hui balo shahi dalain aur karahi ko halka sa hilain.
• Jb balo shahi ghee k uper a jain to anch tez kr dain.
• Balo shai golden ho jain to choolha band kr dain.
• Balo shahi ko ghee mian hi rehne dain ta k andar taka chi tarah pak jain.

دہی--------------- 75گرام
برف کا ٹھنڈا پانی----------------- 180گرام
گھی-------------- تلنے کے لئے
شیرے کے اجزاء:
چینی------------- 2/1کلو
پانی----------------- 1لیٹر
ترکیب:
ایک پین میں180گرام گھی ڈال کر گرم کریں اور چولہا بند کردیں۔
پھر ایک تسلے میں75گرام دہی، 1چٹکی بیکنگ پاﺅڈر، 1چٹکی کریم آف ٹارٹر، 2/1کلو میدہ اور ایک چٹکی پسی جائفل جاوتری اور الائچی پاﺅڈر ڈال کر ملائیں اور برف کے ٹھنڈے پانی سے نرم بنائیں۔
اب اسے ہتھیلیوں کی مدد سے دبا دبا کرگول پیڑے بنالیںاور درمیان میں انگھوٹے سے تھوڑا دبائیں۔
اب ایک کڑاہی میںحسبِ ضرورت گھی کو نیم گرم کرکے اس میں تیار کی ہوئی بالو شاہی ڈالیںاور کڑاہی کو ہلکا ساہلائیں۔
جب بادشاہی گھی کے اوپر آجائیں تو آنچ تیز کردیں۔
بالو شاہی گولڈن ہوجائیں توچولہا بند کردیں۔
بادشاہی کو گھی میں ہی رہنے دیںتاکہ اندر تک اچھی طرح پک جائیں۔
اب تیار بالو شاہی کو نیم گرم شیرے میں ڈال کر کچھ دیر کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔پھر بالو شاہی کو ٹرے میں نکال کر کھڑا کریں اور اس پر 2سے 3مرتبہ شیرہ ڈالیں۔

How to Make Balushahi Recipe in English:



Ingredients:

  • Ghee: 180 grams
  • Baking Powder: A pinch
  • Cream of Tartar: A pinch
  • Ground Nutmeg, Mace and Cardamom: A pinch
  • All Purpose Flour: 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt: 75 grams
  • Cold Ice Water: 180 grams
  • Ghee: For frying

Syrup Ingredients:
  • Sugar: 1/2 kg
  • Water: 1 liter


Method:

  • Heat 180 gram ghee in a pan; then switch stove off.
  • Mix yogurt, baking powder, cream of tartar, all-purpose flour, nutmeg, mace and cardamom powder in a scuttle and soften with ice water.
  • Now press with palms and make round shape balls. Press a litte in the middle with thumb.
  • Now slightly heat ghee in a wok and put prepared balushahi. Stir the wok little bit.
  • Once balushahi comes over the ghee, increase the flame.
  • When it turns golden, turn the stove off.
  • Keep balushahi within the ghee so that it is cooked well.
  • Now move balushahi into lukewarm water syrup and leave for a while.
  • Then transfer all balushahi pieces in a tray and pour syrup two to three times.
  • It is ready to serve now.
  • Enjoy.
