4 Large size SEEKH KABABS Without BBQ BY BAJIAS COOKING
3 Large red tomatoes
1 medium size onion
a small bunch of fresh green coriander (hara dhania)
4-5 green chilies (hari mirchain)
3/4 tsp(tea spoon) salt
3/4 tsp crushed red chilies (KuTi hui laal mirch)
1/2 tsp whole coriander(sabat dhania)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (safaid/sabat zeera)
METHOD:
Put oil in cooking pot and fry the sliced onion.
Dry roast(without oil) coriander and cumin seed together in a pan, when they turn darker, remove and crush them in pestle and mortar.
Cut kababs in three pieces with oblique cut.
When the onions turn pink cut and add tomatoes and cook until they become dried up and oil starts separating.
Now add salt, crushed red chilies, and crushed roasted coriander and cumin seeds and kababs and give them a stir in the cooking pot.
Lower the heat, add cut fresh coriander, sliced green chilies.
Cover the pot and let kebab cook on low flame for approx about 5-7 min.
