Grilled Thai Salmon
This is a traditional thai dish which is healthy and delicious, full of flavors packs.....The best delight of Seafood.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen Roasted Red Chili Paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons minced lemongrass (optional)
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
How to make Grilled Thai Salmon
Method
MIX chili paste, oil and lemongrass in small bowl until well blended. Place salmon in glass dish. Spread chili paste mixture on both sides of salmon.
GRILL over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. then serve and enjoy hot.
