کسٹرڈ پاوڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کھویا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ
ملائی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
پسی ہری الائیچی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
کدوکش پمپکن ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کپ

ترکیب:

پہلے ایک لیٹر دودھ اور دوکپ کدوکش پمپکن کو ملا کر دس منٹ کے لئے ابال لیں ۔اب اس میں ایک کپ چینی ،آدھا کپ کھویا اور آدھا کپ ملائی شامل کر کے پکائیں کہ وہ گاڑھا ہوجائے ۔پھر اس میں 1/4 کپ ٹھنڈے دودھ میں حل کیا ہوا ایک کھانے کا چمچہ کسٹرڈ پاوڈر ڈالیں اور مسلسل چلائیں ،یہاں تک کہ مکسچر گاڑھا ہوجائے ۔آخر میں چند قطرے ہرا رنگ اور آدھا چائے اک چمچہ پسی ہری الائیچی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور ٹھنڈا کر کے سرو کریں۔
