Ingredients

Chicken boneless 1lb cubes
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice/ Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp (to taste)
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
Tomato 1 seedless cut into cubes
Onion 1 cut into cubes
Capsicum 1 cut into cubes

How to make Fried Chicken Shashlik

METHOD:

Add all these in mixing bowl... ginger garlic paste, chili powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt, and soy sauce

Add chicken and marinate... for 15- 20 minutes atleast

Separately cut veggies in cubes

Thread them on wooden skewers, alternating with vegetables...

Dip them in beaten egg

Deep fry them till chicken tender and get good color and serve.
