Ingredients

• B Oiled r Ice ½ kg
• Chicken boneless ½ kg
• Spring onion 250 gm
• F Oil paper 1
• Carrot 1
• Capsicum 1
• Green chilies 6
• All sp Ice 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Oregano ½ tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Chili powder 2 tbsp
• Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Coal 1 piece

How to make Foil Baked Rice By Rida Aftab

METHOD:

Cut each chicken breast into two pieces, marinate with 2 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp all spice, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste for 1 hour.In pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add marinated chicken, cover and cook till chicken is tender.
Now add 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped capsicum, 250 gm chopped spring onion leaves and 6 chopped green chilies. Mix well and turn the flame off. Now spread boiled rice on a foil paper, sprinkle with 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp oregano leaves and ½ tsp salt.
Now spread chicken vegetable mixture on top of rice. Give dum of coal; also put 2 tbsp butter on top. Cover the foil paper and bake in a preheated oven of 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Foil baked rice are ready to serve.
