مکھن............ 1کپ
چینی............... 3کھانے کے چمچے
پسی دارچینی........... 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
ونیلایسنس............... 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
دودھ.............. 2-3کھانے کے چمچے
نمک ................1/4چائے کا چمچہ
آئسنگ شوگر(چھڑکنے کے لیے)............ چند قطرے
آلمنڈ چاکلیٹ فلنگ کے لیے ۔
کٹے بادام ..........1/2کپ
چینی................. 1/3کپ
چاکلیٹ چپس ........3کھانے کے چمچے
ونیلاایسنس............. 1/2چائے کے چمچہ

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں 1/2کپ کٹے بادام ، 1/3کپ چینی ، 3کھانے کے چمچے چاکلیٹ چپس اور 1/2چائے کا چمچہ ونیلاایسنس اچھی طر ح ملاکر فلنگ تیار کرکے ایک طرف رکھ دیں ۔ کوکیز کے لیے ایک پیالے میں 2کپ میدہ ، 1/4چائے کا چمچہ نمک ، 1/2چا ئے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس ، 3کھانے کے چمچے چینی اور ایک کپ مکھن ملائیں۔ اب اس میں 2سے 3کھانے کے چمچے دودھ شامل کرکے نرم ڈو تیار کریں۔ تیارڈو کی چھوٹے چھوٹے پیڑے بنائیں، انگلیوں کی مدد سے پیڑے چپٹے کریں اور چمچے کی مدد سے تیار فلنگ ڈال کر دوبارہ پیڑے بنالیں ۔ تیار پیڑے بیکنگ شیگ پر ایک ایک انچ کے فاصلے پر رکھیں اور ہاتھ کی مدد سے تھوڑا دبالیں ۔ 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 28سے 30منٹ تک کوکیز بیک کریں ۔ گرم کوکیز پر آئسنگ شوگر چھڑ کیں ۔ اگر آئسنگ شوگر نہ چھڑکنی ہوتو ڈو تیار کرتے وقت 2کھانے کے چمچے چینی شامل کرلیں ۔ کوکیز جالی پر نکال کر مکمل ٹھنڈی کریں اور پھر ائیر ٹائٹ جار میں محفوظ کرلیں۔
