اجزاء:
مھکن 4 کھانے کے چمچے
پیاز ٢ عدد
لہن ٢ جوے
ٹماٹر ½ کالو
چکین کی یخنی ٢ کپہ
نمک ١ چاءے کا چمچہ
کالی مرچ ¼ چاء

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں 4 کھانے کے چمچے مکھن کو آنچ پرپگا ءیں
اب اس میں ٢ چوے لہن ٢ عدد پیاز کو فراءی کرٰیں جب تک نرم ہوجاءیں
½ کاو ٹماڑ ٢ کپ چکن کی یخینی ١ چاءے کا چمچہ نمک اور
¼ چاءے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ شامل کرکے پکاءیں
جب سوپ گاڑ ھا ہوچاٰءے توچولہے سے اتارلیں
مزایدارا یزی ٹو میٹو سوپ سرد کریں
