Ingredients

Wholemeal Macaroni 500 g
Chunky Tomato sauce:-
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Onion , chopped 1
Garlic 1 Cloves
Canned Italian- style 2 * 440 g
Tomatoes, undrained and mashed ¼ cup
Chopped Basil 1 tbsp
Black pepper

How to make Macaroni With Tomato Sauce

METHOD:

• Cook macaroni in boiling water in a large sauce pans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
• To make sauce, heat oil in a large frying pan and cook onion for 3 minutes or until soft, stri in garlic, tomatoes and olive oil and cook, stirring constantly, over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until sauce reduces and thickens.
• Add sauce to hot macaroni and toss to combine. Serve

What about making macaroni with tomato sauce in bulk from a nearby catering service. They can cook foods and drinks but I think they have not cooked this previously and if they make it, they would do it first time. However they have been preparing several other english recipes before.
