• 2 cup all purpose flour
• 2 tea spoon baking powder
• 2 cups grounded sugar
• 200 gms butter
• 4 eggs
• Seven food colours (green, pink, red, yellow, coco powder, purple, orange)
How to make Easy Rainbow Cake
METHOD:
1. Take flour and baking powder in a bowl then strain it twice.
2. Beat together melted butter eggs n ground sugar in a separate bowl.
3. Slowly mix both mixtures together.
4. Divide the mixture in two equal halves.
5. Divide one half into further seven portions and put one food color in one portion so that you have now seven colored batters.
6. Now take baking tray grease it with oil.
7. Put one spoon of white batter then one spoon of red batter, then again white batter then green, then white then yellow and so on...repeat this procedure until the batters have been completely poured into the tray...put it in microwave for 5 minutes...rainbow cake is ready
