•چکن بون لیس_____ 300گرام
•مایونیز_____ 1اور آدھا کپ
•مسٹرڈ پیسٹ_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ
•نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
•کالی مرچ_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
•سلاد پتہ_____ 6-7عدد
•چوپڈ کالا زیتون_____ 2کھانے کے چمچ
•ہیلو پینو_____ 2کھانے کے چمچ
•بریڈ سلائیسیز_____ 4عدد
•کیچپ_____ حسبِ ضرورت
•گرین چِلی ساس_____ حسبِ ضرروت

ترکیب:

چکن کو اچھی طرح چوپ کر لیں۔
اب ایک باؤل میں مایونیز، مسٹرڈ پیسٹ، کالی مرچ اور نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرکے پیسٹ بنا لیں۔
پھر بریڈ سلائس لیں اور اس میں چکن پھیلا کر بند کر لیں۔
اب دو بریڈ سلائس لے کر ان کے کنارے کاٹ لیں اور پانی لگا کر ان کو آپس میں جوڑ لیں۔

ایک بریڈ شیٹ لیں اور اس پر ٹماٹو کیچپ پھیلا ئیں۔
اب اس پر چکن پھیلائیں۔
پھراس پر سلاد پتہ اور کالا زیتون پھیلائیں۔

دوسری بریڈ شیٹ لیں اور اس پر گرین چِلی ساس پھیلائیں۔
اب اس پر اچھی طرح چکن سپریڈ پھیلائیں۔
پھر اس پر ہیلوپینو ، سلا د پتہ اور کالا زیتون پھیلائیں۔
اب اس بریڈ شیٹ کو کلنگ فلم میں اچھے سے رول کر لیں۔
پھر دو گھنٹے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
اب اس کو فریج سے نکال کر اس سے کلنگ فلم شیٹ اتار لیں اور سینڈوچ کو پِن ویل رولز میں کاٹ لیں۔
