ترکیب:

قیمے پر پسی لال مرچ،نمک اور ایک چائے کا چمچہ چاٹ مصالحہ لگا کر کڑاہی میں ڈھک دیں۔جب وہ گل جائے تو چولہا بند کردیں۔
ڈو بنانے کے لئے2/1-1 پاﺅ میدہ، ایک چائے کا چمچہ خمیر، دو چائے کے چمچے تیل،4/1چائے کا چمچہ نمک، ایک چائے کا چمچہ چینی، ایک عدد پھینٹا ہوا انڈا اور حسبِ ضرورت گرم پانی ملا کر گوندھ لیں۔
اب گندھے ہوئے آٹے کو دوبارہ گوندھ کرچھوٹی چھوٹی گول روٹیاں اور اُن پر ایک کپ پیزا سوس لگا دیں۔
اسکے بعدچکن، چار عدد مشروم، چار عدد زیتون،2/1کپ شملہ مرچ، ایک کپ موزریلا چیڈر چیز،ایک کپ باریک کٹی پیاز، 4/1چائے کا چمچہ نمک اور 2/1 چائے کا چمچہ اوریگانو ڈال کر 200 ڈگری پر 15منٹ بیک کریں۔ایزی پیزا تیار ہے۔
