Easy Lasagna Roll Ups

My version of lasagna rolls , I tried cream cheese instead of ricotta cheese , the taste I got is unbelievable . It's truly adventurous of having lasagna in this form . Well it's truely a winter dish ... Enjoy !

Ingredients

• 6 plain lasagna Noodles .
• 1 cup Chicken mince.
• 1 large onion, chopped .
• 1/2 cup of Tomato Pasta sauce.
• 1/2 cup-Mushrooms.
• 1/2 cup Cream cheese
• 1cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
• 1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1Teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 Teaspoon white pepper
• 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder or paste
• A tbs of Oil
• Extra Mozzarella cheese for topping .
• Dried Basil , for topping

How to make Easy Lasagna Roll Ups

METHOD:

1.Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
2. Fry onions in oil till translucent , add chicken mince , fry till add all water dries , add garlic powder , salt and pepper , cook for about over medium-high heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is light brown.
3.Stir in 1/2 of the pasta sauce and mushrooms. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Set aside
4. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the salt, pepper and garlic.
5.Spread 3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture over each noodle. Then spread chicken mixture .Roll up each noodle.
6 . Place these rolls in oven proof dish , top them with remaining pasta sauce and some mozzarella and sprinkle basil leaves .
7. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese melts . Enjoy !
