Dum Chops
Dum Chops is a traditional cooking recipe, this recipe is prepared in just half an hour and for 4 to 5 persons. Chanp is very healthy part of beef or mutton you can make it by using simple ingredients and follow the simple steps.
Ingredients
Chops 2 lb/1 kg (I used goat here you can easily with lamb)
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Papaya paste / meat tenderizer 1 tsp
Minced garlic 1tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 2 - 3 tbsp
How to make Dum Chops
Method
In mixing bowl add, salt, black pepper, papaya paste, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and soy sauce and mix well with oil.
Add the chops mix well and marinate them for 1 - 2 hours.
Heat pan, add the marinated chops, and start cooking on low heat... it doesn't need water because meat will release water itself which is enough for chops to get tender (but add some if you feel like)
When they are tender dish out and enjoy.

I like dum chops and other beef & mutton recipes because they are so tasty that if you eat it once, you would not forget its taste. You would keep asking for more.
chops are good, i like them to make but only mutton. I do not like beef bcz it is very heavy for digestion. And taste of mutton is also good. I will try this recipe for the first time and and hope chef mehwish is good as well . But would be sure after trying her recipe.
