I like dried prawn curry and other sea food recipes because they are so tasty that if you eat it once, you would not forget its taste. You would keep asking for more.
I like large prawns which are fried and salted. They are very crispy and tasty. I don't like other forms such as in gravy or in biryani because this way, its taste is not felt like good. I am glad to find your recipe here and will try it some day when I would have the prawns.
