Plain Milk: 1 liter
Dry Whole Milk: 250 grams
Green Jelly: 1 packet
Sugar: 1 cup
Dried Milk Powder: 1 cup
Cream: 1 cup
Corn Flour: 1 tbsp
Mixed Fruit Cocktail: 1 cup
Boiled Colorful Vermicelli: ½ cup
Colorful Chum Chum Sweet: 100 grams
Almonds and Pistachios: 100 grams (chopped)
METHOD:
1. Place 1 liter milk on stove in a pan, add sugar and colorful vermicelli to the milk and mix.
2. Once milk comes to boil, add corn flour (dissolved in water). Mix well.
3. Once it becomes consistent, switch stove off.
4. Add 1 cup dried milk and 1 cup cream, mix and let it cool.
5. Add the green jelly (prepared) and 1 cup mixed fruit cocktail and mix it again.
6. Now dish it out and add 250 grams dry whole milk, 100 grams colored chum chum sweet and chopped almonds and pistachios.
7. Let it cool
8. Delicious doodh dulari is ready. Serve and enjoy.
