Boneless beef 1/2 kg
Onion (sliced) 2 medium size
Garlic Ginger Paste 2 table spoon
Red chilli powder 2 tea spoon
Coriander powder 2 tea spoon
Termanic powder 1/2 teas spoon
Garam Masala powder 1 tea spoon
Salt (as required)
Tomato (chopped) 2 medium size
Oil/ghee 1/2 cup
For dressing:
Yougurt 1 cup (shaked very well)
Spring onion 2 med
Green chili (choppes) 4-5
Green coriander (chopped)
Heated coal
METHOD:
Add oil/ghee in a pan and brown the sliced onion. Add beef and fry it until its color has been changed. Add all spices along with tomato and mix it well and add 2-3 glass water for cooking beef. When the beef cooked very well fry it until it leaves oil/ghee.
Now do the heat very slow and dress spring onion in the shape of the circle on curry and add yogurt on the onion and in the middle of the curry add chopped green chilli and coriander. Put a heated coal on it and add some drop of oil on and close the pan air tightly. Delicious dhuan ghost is ready and server it with tandoori nan or paratha.
