Beef 250 grams
Mash lentil 350 grams
Bengal gram 100 grams
Tara garam masala 2tsp
Red chili powder 2tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Masala ingredients:
Oil ½ cup
Chopped medium sized onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Potatoes 3
Garlic ginger paste 2 tsp
Crushed red chili ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Tara garam masala 1tsp
Whole cumin ½ tsp
Green chilies 4
Chopped Green coriander 2tbsp
How to make Daal Qeemay Ki Bariyaan
METHOD:
To make badiyan ,mix 250 grams beef ,350 grams mash lentil,100 grams Bengal gram ,2tsp tara garam masala ,2tsp red chili powder ,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1-1/2 tsp of salt and make a paste.
Now make small balls and then fry and keep it in freezer.
Heat oil in a pan and make onion light brown to make masala.
Add 2 tsp of garlic ginger paste, 2 tomatoes,1/2crushed red chili,1tso salt,1/4 tsp of tara garam masala,1/2 tsp cumin and allow to cook.
Then add 3 potatoes and keep it on simmer.
When potatoes become tender then add 2 tbsp green coriander and 4 green chilies.
Serve with nan
