Ingredients

Chicken mince 400gm (cut in to cube)
Spring onion 1
Onion 1
Red Capsicum 1
Green Capsicum 1
Vinegar 1 tsp
Green chili sauce 2 tsp
Red chili sauce 2 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 1 – 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Maida ½ cup
Salt to taste
White til 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Oil for frying

How to make Crispy Chilli Honey Chicken

METHOD:

First we have to make the batter take a bowl add maida, chilli powder, corn flour, salt, mix all well with little water to make thick batter.
Marinate chicken in batter and deep fry them till golden crisp and keep aside.
Now take pan heat some oil and add all the vegetables and sauté them. Add ginger garlic paste and keep cooking .
Now add vinegar, green chilli paste, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, salt sauté all very well. cook it on high medium flame for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame.
Add fried chicken and honey mix it well. garnish with til and spring onion and serve hot.
