2 Cups white Sugar
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Cocoa powder
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Eggs
1 and 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

How to make Brownie with Crispy Crust & Fudgy Center

METHOD:

Melt the butter in room temperature.
Mix all the ingredients.
At 350F preheat the oven 15 mins before putting the mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes
Hint: Be sure to add the eggs and sugar together in the brownie mixture for a crispy crust and beat atleast 3 mins. The more you beat the mixture the more crispy the crust. The crust is also related to the egg white and sugar.
