Chicken pieces (boneless) 200grams
Ginger paste 1tsp
Chili sauce 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Dried round red chilies 5
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Chicken Powder ½ tsp
Chinese salt 1 pinch
Onion (finely cut) 1
Green chilies (finely cut) 4
Manda Stirps 2
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp+for frying
Lettuce, tomato, mint leaves for decoration
Corn fried rice as accompaniment
How to make Crispy Chicken Dry
METHOD:
• Cut chicken into strips.
• Heat oil in a frying pan; fry garlic golden.
• Add chicken and cook till colour changes.
• Add chili sacue, chicken powder, black pepper, Chinese salt and salt; fry.
• Add soya sauce, oyster sauce, capsicum, onion and green chilies; cook.
• Add red chilies and cook for few more minutes; remove from flame.
• Heat oil in a wok; place 2 manda strips in a large strainer and press another strainer on them so they form a bowl shape.
• Place strainer in the wok and fry bowl golden; remove.
• Spread lettuce on a serving dish; place the fried bowl on it.
• Put the chicken in one half of the bowl and fill the other half with fried rice.
• Decorate with tomato and mint leaves; serve.
