How to make Chocolate Biscuit
METHOD:
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Then knead until smooth and firm dough. Form a ball and wrap in cling film or put in plastic bag. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180 C, lightly grease 4 baking trays (for this quantity). You can bake the biscuits in batches. Dust a work surface with flour and roll out the dough to about 5mm thick by rolling pin. With different shaped biscuits cutter, cut out biscuits and place them onto the prepared baking trays.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Don't over bake them, as over baking will make them bitter.
