1 cup flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
4 tsp butter, melted
2 tbsp coffee
1 tsp vanilla essence
Glaze :
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp hot water
½ tsp vanilla essence
Sprinkles to decorate
How to make Baked Chocolate Doughnuts


Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

In another bowl whisk milk, sugar, egg, butter, coffee and essence till smooth.

Add milk mixture to dry mixture, whisk till smooth.

Fill each greased doughnut cup ¾ full. Bake at 180 degrees C for 13-15 minutes or till doughnuts spring back

when touched.

Let cool before removing from tin. Dust with icing sugar.

For the glaze, blend icing sugar, essence and hot water .

Dip the doughnuts in the glaze and then dip them in sprinkles.
