1) Prawns 1/2 Kg
2) Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
3) Chinese Salt 1/2 tsp
4) Salt 1 tsp
For Batter:
1) Cornflour 2 cups
2) Flour 3 tbsp
3) Baking Sod 1/4 tsp
4) Eggs 4-5
5) Oil for frying
6) White Pepper 1/2 tsp
How to make Chinese Prawns
METHOD:
1. Peel and remove the red veins from the prawns.
2. Marinate the prawns in salt, Chinese salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Make batter by mixing eggs, cornflour, flour and baking powder, salt and pepper with water.
4. Dip the prawns in the batter and fry till crispy.
