ادرک، لہسن پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچے
سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لونگ (باریک پیس لیں)5-6عدد
اجوائن (پسی ہوئی) ایک چائے کا چمچہ
دار چینی ایک انچ کا ٹکڑا(باریک پیس لیں)

ترکیب:

گوشت میں ادرک، لہسن کا پیسٹ، تھوڑا سرکہ، سویا سوس، زعفران اور نمک ڈال کر میرینیٹ کرکے رکھ دیں۔ اس کے بعد اسے دھیمی آنچ پر فرائی کر کے گولڈن کر کے نکال لیں۔ ایک پتیلی لیں اس میں گھی گرم کر کے اس میں ہری پیاز ڈال کر اسٹرفرائی کر لیں۔ اس میں گاجر اور شملہ مرچیں شامل کر لیں اور اچھی طرح چمچہ چلائیں۔ اس میں سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر، لونگ، دار چینی، سونف ، اجوائن، نمک اور چائنیز نمک ڈالیں۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ سرکہ اور ایک چائے کا چمچہ سویا سوس ڈال کر فرائی کیا ہوا گوشت اور بھگوئے ہوئے چاول ڈالیں اور اس میں اتنا پانی شامل کر یں کہ چاول کھڑے کھڑے رہیں، ابال آنے کے بعد دم پر رکھ دیں۔ آخر میں بڑی ہری مرچیں ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر یں اور سرو کر یں۔
