اجزاء:
1. چکن_____ آدھ کلو
2. نمک_____ آدھ حسب ذائقہ
3. پیاز_____ 1عدد موٹی کٹی ہوئی
4. تیل_____ 1 چوتھائی کپ
5. ثابت ہری مرچیں_____ 6 عدد
6. چھوٹی الائچی_____ 4 عدد
7. سونف_____ آدھ کھانے کا چمچ
8. دہی_____ 1 چوتھائی کپ
9. ادرک لہسن پیسٹ_____ آدھ کھانے کا چمچ
10. چاول_____ آدھ کلو
11. لانگ_____ 4عدد
12. تیز پات_____ 1عدد
13. ثابت دھنیا_____ آدھ کھانے کا چمچ
14. ٹماٹر_____ 2عدد
15. تلی ہوئی پیاز_____ 2عدد

ترکیب:

گوشت میں تمام مصالحہ گوشت ہری مرچ سونف اور پیاز دھنیا ڈال کر ابلنے کے لیے رکھ دیں.
جب گوشت ابل جائے اچھی طرح گل جائے تو یخنی چھان لیں تیل گرم کر کے تھوڑا سا گرم مصالحے کا بھگاڑ لگائیں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ اورٹماٹر ڈال کے ہلکا سا بھونیں اور گوشت شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کریں پھر چاول ڈال کر بھونیں اور یخنی ڈال دیں اچھی طرح ملا کر پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں جب پانی خشک ہو جائے تو ہلکی آنچ پر توے پر 5 سے 7 منٹ کے لیے دم پر رکھ دیں.
اور اتارتے ہوئے تلی ہوئی پیاز چھڑک دیں مزیدار یخنی پلاؤ تیار ہے.
